First, I want to make clear that I’m not a fan of 100% automated personal Twitter accounts. Not only are they considered spam by many, but those who automate all the time are missing out on one major part of social media — the conversations.
For the real estate agents that use www.ActiveRain.com it is sad how this website takes advantage of realtors. They use to be free and let you blog, but now if you blog on their website you have to upgrade your account to make it visible to search engines. How ridiculous. Basically they can't block the URL but they can only show it to members only. It is stupid and if you don't want to be scammed like that and want a nice blog setup on your own that has the URL's just likey the post, but on your own blog contact us we only charge 9.95/mo
